Known for it's full tannic structure and smoky qualities, this estate Charbono vintage balances those tannins with notes of leather, dark fruit and rich spices.  It is excellent with bold cheese, like a gorgonzola, and rich meats, like prime rib and bison.    The Paskett family owns and manages one of the few remaining Charbono vineyards in California.
